CCS Type 2 local recommendations for BYO Cable?

It's a $300ish dollar cable to be able to charge slowly. If you average 7kW charging and value a kwh of charge at 30c that's 143hrs of free charging to break even. The Tesla supplied cable is good quality. https://shop.tesla.com/en_nz/product/mennekes-type-2-adapter---7_5m

That's new.... I am yet to come across a place where cable is not provided.
Tessories have up to 22KW cable in stock... they are good with most accessories.

Its only a 16A cable, so you halve your charge speed at single phase type2 outlets.
CCS-2 would be DC they are all fixed cables not BYO
Type 2 which is AC which can be BYO cable, it looks like the top half of CCS-2
Type2 cables are quite expensive around $300 32 amp 3phase (will still work on single phase)
I also have Type2 to Type1 adapter, comes in handy if all the Type2 are in use
Tesla used to sell Type 2 cables I don't know if they still do

It doesn't just open the flap. Having it on the cable means that it can also send the control signal to stop charging and to unlock the charger port. The remote on Aliexpress can't do that, it can only open the flap.

Ah well, that makes all the difference, definately worth $300 more for a cable that will probably barely get used.
Some people like to spend $300 on a plethora of accessories like wheel covers, HUDs, etc etc...I'm quite happy with putting money towards actual QoL improvements. I usually use my Type 2 cable at least once a week.
I can't remember with the westgate BYO cable charger if you have to turn the charger on before or after connecting the car.
