Change in Tesla account - "Submit Final Payment" - Still No VIN

Ordered 5/10 (2 Week ago today) - Red Ext/White Int. LR AWD Aeros FSD - and I have been obsessively (several times a day) checking my Tesla Account since ordering...Up until today have only seen "We are drafting up your contract"...I've yet to receive a phone call, text or email (other than the original "Thank you for you order" email) from anyone @ Tesla. I did not work with a Tesla showroom, just did an online order on my own.

This morning when I checked, I first got a "Service Temporarily Available", then when I refreshed there was now a "Submit Final Payment" option and "Make A Payment" Button... There is no MVPA/contract to review, no VIN Listed anywhere, etc... I'm not inclined to pay off my vehicle until I'm pretty sure when I'm getting it, right?

Should I read anything into this... might this mean my VIN is coming and I might actually get delivered scheduled soon, or just a "glitch"?

*Edit* I did look at the Source Code of my Tesla Account Page and Searched for VIN and there is one reference to a "5YJ3..." VIN # in the code which seems to be a Tesla Model 3 VIN #... YAY - Maybe!

This buying experience has been fairly pathetic. Poor communication up and down the chain. On the lower right side of your page, do you see a doc named "motor vehicle purchase agreement"? If so, open it and the vin should be listed there.
 
I received something similar
First an email telling me my car was in and assignment of a VIN
It was never reflected in my Online Tesla Account
Which still showed Estimated two week delivery No Vin no MVPA
Delivery Specialist Wouldn’t go any further until I provided a Insurance ID card with VIN
My agent faxed me one I added it to my Tesla Account and emailed as requested to my Delivery Specialist.
Two hours later I got via email an MVPA with VIN and all the correct figures.
I was approved for Tesla Financing but declined.
I arranged for Credit Union Financing with a Tesla down payment balance due a little over $5k.
After that my Tesla Account Submit Final payment changed to the 5k balance which
I submitted using ACH.
Now they are just waiting on the Credit Union Check for the balance.
They get that once I inspect the car.
My VIN and MVPA never got posted to my Tesla Account
 
I've tried... waited on hold for 10 mins...sounded like it was going to pick up (hold music ended, ring sound and and then call ended)...sigh, I guess about what I expected.

OK... super weird...after 4th call, finally got a human on the phone, she took my Reservation # and name, confirmed my build configuration and total amount due (which was all correct) and said "It looks like your car is available for pickup today"... I told them I had not heard from anyone, no VIN or MVPA, no Delivery Advisor contact, no nothing. She said she needed to confirm the car was in Fremont (where I expected to pick it up) and then would call me back (which I'm honestly not holding my breath will happen, but cautiously optimistic)

I told her they better be 100% sure that it's there because I'm either going to Uber the 40 miles (60-90 minutes) to Fremont or figure out how to get a ride there, and I'll be PO'ed if I show up and it's not actually sitting there for me to take delivery of.

If I were a betting man, I'd say about a 1 in 10 chance that it's actually ready!

Is it a 5/19 build (located in the driver's door jam I THINK)? I know Tesla is inconsistent with VIN's but that is a lot different than mine. Also seems a little odd to still be loading 2019.7.x this month.

Yes - 05/19 on door jam sticker, 5 miles on the ODO and they guy said it was pretty much driven right off the line (picked up outside Factory Showroom). Still had all the plastic wrap on everything inside.

Same story here. Asked to pay remaining balance with no VIN assigned yet. I paid and a few days later, after reading SuperW2 post, I also called. I got my sales advisor and he didn’t know the status, but looked it up and said, “yeah you have a VIN assigned, car born on 5/25 and it’s at Hawthorne now. Want to pick up today?”
