Charge port failure rate?

I just took in my Model X for its second replacement charge port in less than two years. The first one was too snug, and also later developed a charge port door failure. The second one failed with a sticky locking pin that had trouble releasing the charge cord. Is this level of charge port problems common? How many folks are on their first charge port? Second? Third or more?

Never. Three Teslas over six year period. Current S has 100k miles on it.

Never. My Model S is over 5 years old and still has the original port.
