I haven't found a place in this forum where lodging with charging opportunities are listed. I'll list a few that I know of which will be around Texas. Perhaps someone with more talent will better organize it. And, of course, contribute. Maybe someone can figure out how to put the below locations on a map.
Galveston, Texas:
1) The Galvez has a pair of Blinks in their self-serve parking garage.

2) The Tremont, also a Wyndham hotel, has a pair of Blinks in their exposed valet parking lot.

As of December 2013, the Blinks were providing only 24 amps, down from their capability of 30 amps.
Texarkana, Texas/Arkansas
1) The Wyndham Garden is a short walk from the KOA.

Guthrie, Oklahoma
1) The Best Western Territorial motel has some RV stalls.

1) The enormous Winstar Casino has an RV park in addition to hotels and restaurants

Marathon, Texas

Balmorhea, Texas
1) The Balmorhea State Park has both very nice motel units and RV stalls:

Spectacular swimming. Unfortunately during the swimming season the motel units are likely to be booked far in advance.
Though some of the state park motel units have kitchens, there are no other significant dining opportunities within walking distance;

reports that there is an RV Park very near El Oso Flojo Lodge:
El Oso Flojo Lodge - Balmorhea Texas
The El Oso is near several dining spots.
Poplar Bluff, Missouri
1) Bullwinkle's Lodge has a few rooms (6?) and some RV stalls. No restrooms for the RV stalls. Minimal dining opportunities, microwave snacks at a bar.

10-20 miles north of Bullwinkle's there are several forest service RV campgrounds.
Roca, Nebraska (70 miles SW of Omaha)
1) Wunder Roost Bed & Breakfast has only three rooms but has installed a 50 amp outlet for jerry33.
