Charging in Big Bear Lake

Hello, wondering if any Tesla owners have a spot I can charge at in Big Bear Lake? I unfortunately googled and saw there are 3 but apparently not, appreciate the help!

If you look at Plug Share App there are a number of level 2 chargers at hotels etc. FWIW, Big Bear Lake won the next SC vote for future SC.

Definitely use either PlugShare - EV Charging Station Map - Find a place to charge the site or their app, filtering by plugs compatible with your car. Look for decent scores and recent check-ins.

I would NOT depend on Google or Google Maps.

Without any info from the author, we have no idea which vehicle he has and whether his car has CCS hardware so that it can use https://shop.tesla.com/product/ccs-combo-1-adapter. There might a working dual standard (CHAdeMO + CCS1) DC FC at Union Bank | PlugShare. This is besldes the J1772 EVSEs in the area. I know 0 about that area and as I wouldn't go there.

I have the Tesla Model Y.

How do I find out if my Model Y already is CCS capable? should be the right method to check. If you have CCS adapter support, then you should be able to use https://shop.tesla.com/product/ccs-combo-1-adapter.

But when I checked last night, there was only likely only 1 working CCS1 DC FC in that area (see my earlier reply). Otherwise, you'll be relegated to level 2 charging elsewhere.

I charged at the nearest s/c at the base of the hills. That said, most AirBNB's will have a 110V outlet to charge your car, assuming it has a driveway.. although you'd probably add 20-30 miles after a night of charging.
