How are the wheel bearings on long range or performance holding up for you with lot of miles?

Wheel bearings? Of all the things to worry about?

Teslas use the same "Gen 3" wheel bearing cartridge as every other car in the world. It's a cheap little module consisting of 2 ball bearings (not roller) that'll cost you $50 to replace if you ever have to, which you won't. The Model 3 and Y are lighter than many/most comparable vehicles so you should expect wheel bearing life to be even longer than forever. Note that bearings are indifferent to the power passing thru them, but Teslas have less peak torque at the axle than most modern cars anyway.

And the other person in here said he replaces his every 45k miles that takes his model 3 to the track

So it would only be 200$ to replace all 4 bearings even with labor?

That’s really often, is that necessary or do you just do it that often as a safety precaution since your on the track?

What’s the cost to replace them for all 4 tires
It is necessary because they developed significant play and became very noisy. The wheel bearings were not that expensive, around $500 per axle. Labor is free because I replaced them myself!
