We have 2- 2023 LRNY's Both are 67% Charged. In preparation for a trip tomorrow, I plugged one in to the 60 amp wall connector and it ramped up to 47/48 amps which I never saw before. It always ramped up to 48/48 amps. . So I plugged the other car in and it ramped up to 48/48 amps as expected but the other will only charge at 47 max. Can someone explain why?

you confirmed the car slider is at 48?
BINGO! That was it. Operator error! I feel like a fool :) I wish all solutions were this simple.
