As others have mentioned, it is important to know the type of dryer plug.
This is an option for an extension cord. It works with the 14-50 adaptor from the Tesla UMC. The cord plug is missing one of the prongs, so it can plug into a 14-30. it is CRITICAL to set the car to 24a if using on a 14-30 outlet - the car WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST like it will with a standard Tesla provided adaptor.
Heavy-duty NEMA 14-50 extension cord for EV, 50 ft. – EVSE Adapters
This will not help you on a 10-30 outlet.
Also, you might ask / consider if there is a 5-20 outlet anywhere in the garage. It is 120v, so not super fast... but if you are there for a few days it might meet your needs.
The extension cord you linked is a 14-50. You could use that and the appropriate 10-30/14-30 to 14-50 adapter. Again, this combo will not automatically adjust the current and you will need to ensure it is done in the car to not have a safety hazard.
