Clunking noise right before driving (Not the battery breathers)

After a scheduled charge and preheat the other morning, I got in my model 3 and heard this "clunking" noise coming from under the dash. It only lasted < 1 min, but wasn't sure what it was. Link below if anyone has ideas.

Brilliant. I’ll use that if one slips out at Christmas dinner.

Might be an HVAC blend door jammed or something. It sounds about right, but the number and timing off the retries is a bit odd.

See if you can manually cycle through the various exhaust modes on the HVAC and see if they all work. Maybe try turning the fan way up and move it around to see if those flaps work too.

That's weird, I get a crackling sound when I first turn the air on in the car when I first get started but definitely not a clunk like you do

I get the crackling noise occasionally from the heater too. This clunking noise I get has happened twice so far. Only in the morning before driving the car for the first time of the day.
