Clunking noise when I turn

Today I changed wheels on my 2016 model s P100D, stayed very close to stock specs, just went a half inch wider in the back. All the sudden the car is making a loud knocking sound when you turn the wheel deeply during a turn. Drives like a dream in a straight line. We took the new wheels off and put the stocks back on and the noise remained, but it wasn’t there before the wheels came off, any ideas?

Post a video of the sound - but it may be the front drive shaft/CVs. I just had this taken care of by Tesla on my P90D. I noticed the knocking sound on acceleration while turning.

I saw your post about a similar situation to mine. Have you found the reason for it yet?
