Yes, you can download the receipt/invoice from the website, though I don't know how that would work with your employer. They usually pay so many pence per mile for business trips?
mines a company car so I need to be able to claim the costs back for charging it away from the office. I just need some sort of receipt.
Mine is too. I guess you have a specific set up, if they'll directly cover the cost for supercharging.
Mines a company vehicle and the milage rate for EVs is lower than ICE but the principle of claiming back a rate per mile is the same. Are you claiming the actual cost back and do you need the equivalent of a receipt as you would ordinarily get from the petrol station? These are for claiming Vat back by your employer I thought so I guess its an equivalent for electricity or maybe totally wrong haha
I usually run a petrol car provided by my employer, I get a petrol card and fill it as needed to do my job. I declare my personal mileage each month and pay that back. So looking at my Tesla the same way, instead of filling with petrol using the company card, I will either charge when I am out at a paid Tesla Super charger or at home. Either way it is costing me to do that and I need to reclaim that cost back.
