I ordered a P85D on May 16, 2015 and confirmed the order on May 23, 2015. I got a loaner P85D from the Tesla Indy store (the Columbus store arranged this) for 24 hours. The loaner had about 9,000 miles on it and had just about every option but the seats were not the current front Next Gen Seats. It was the Recaro seats. I am currently waiting on a "Late June" delivery. Anyone else waiting for a delivery or got a MS from the Columbus store? I'd like to discuss how your experience has been with the Easton store, the delivery specialist(s) and the service center. Thanks.

Columbus was doing Cleveland deliveries for quite a while, until CLE got cleared with the BMV and hired their own DS... We purchased 3 MS's that were handled by the DS at Easton. I'm simply going to say that we were very, very happy to hear that the Cleveland store finally got their own DS.

I have to say that my DS out of columbus has been great.

It's still Scott, correct? If so he was great. The car had been ready for the last 4-5 days but I was unable to pick it up as I was not in town. It was a Sunday when I was coming back and told me him I would meet him Monday but he insisted on meeting me to get me my car. So he came out on a sunday evening to deliver the car. Great Service!

In the 3 weeks from when I placed my deposit, until my car was delivered, I heard from Scott exactly zero times. I had called him and emailed him with a few questions, which he never answered. He didn't contact me to let me know my car had arrived in Cleveland, and even when I took delivery, I wouldn't have known Scott was involved in any way, shape, or form.
