Sometimes when browsing the new TMC format, the banner controls (Mark Forums Read, Search Forums, Watched Forums, Watched Threads, New Posts, Wiki Posts) are not displayed. I think this is isolated to specific sections of the forum. The Model 3 main section is the primary place that I see this. There may be other forum sections, but this is the one I frequent and see the issue.
For example, while typing this message, I see the following banner:
While viewing the Model 3 -> Ordering, Production, Delivery section, I see this same complete banner, but, when viewing the main Model 3 section, I see:
It's odd that the standard banner isn't standard across the whole forum.
