Condo Living - Charging Incentives

I've proposed pre-paying to use the 110v outlet at my condo rather than pay an electrician to come in and install a submeter but the property manager is an idiot.

Anyone know what (if any) incentives are given in Toronto to install a charger or sub-meter to monitor usage?

Any help appreciated!

@S'toon that PDF is a great resource. Thanks for that! Unfortunately that guide is missing the part about charger incentives. It might be in the other links but here's an excerpt from the MTO EVIP program:
Electric Vehicles Home Charging Incentive
Applicants that received an EVIP incentive are eligible to apply under the Electric Vehicle Charging Incentive Program (EVCIP) for up to $1000 towards the purchase and installation of an eligible Level 2 charging station.
