You're right about the seats being horrible on '19 Bolt (were bad on the '17 I rented for a day on Turo) and likely true of all pre-'22. Handling was ok but seriously, we're talking a price delta of over $12K.

Similar to the protective films they apply to mobile device glass, might there be a cost effective "invisible" film that would prohibit damage from the majority of small stone strikes in the direction of travel?
Is there a specific type of film they use on the rear triangle windows that might be suitable for that application as well?
I would think protecting the leading edge of the roof glass would be handled better by those rubber tubes they sell for reducing wind noise that you thread between the windshield and the roof. My first roof was sacrificed to roof cracks from a rock strike that completely missed the windshield and hooked the roof glass. Really miss my orange glow in the mornings.
