CT & Wall Charger Lengths

Is anyone else annoyed that the wall charger length is 18 foot but the CT will be 19 feet long?

I won't be parking the CT in my unattached garage for various reasons, and so I was planning on having the charger installed on the outside wall of the garage. But now that I see that the cable is a foot short, backing in will be the only way that I can think of to make this work

Does anyone know of an extension solution?

Although if CT had another charging port at the front of the vehicle, it would solve this type of problem, and make supercharging while towing easier.

Yes, that is kind of a pain in the butt.

Does anyone know of an extension solution?

Here are a few solutions:

1. Back in.

2. Don't get the Tesla wall connector. There are a lot of other J1772 stations with 25 foot cords. The J1772 adapter that comes with Tesla cars is small and easy to use and isn't a bad solution. This is probably your cheapest and best option if you don't want to back in.

3. Yes, there is an extension for the Tesla plug, but it's expensive, like $330+.

And if you do want to just get a regular J1772 station, Clipper Creek is a very reliable solid brand and is made in the U.S. as a bonus.
