While navigating into and through a tight hospital underground garage, I bumped one the right rear corner on the curb! Damn, I was upset, but we had a little one in the back, so I kept my cool but I was steaming mad. "There goes that rim!" I quietly said to my wife. I got out, unloaded the car, and casually checked the rim, and NOT A SCRATCH! 
For all those folks that say "Tesla's are easy to curb!" well, I guess you're right, but it was my fault, I bumped the curb. I asked my wife why the sensor didn't chime, she said "you were going too fast." Oh, okay, I didn't think I was, but maybe she's right. Anyways, happy outcome to a Plaid-curbing situation! Not even a scuff on the tire that wouldn't rub out, just a bit of Maguire's and was good to go.
