If I can trust what SA says, I believe we are making it worse by refreshing our accounts.

I just talked to Justin (delivery specialist at Westmont), who I reached by calling the service center, and choosing option #4. I would talk to him, as he has more visibility than the standard SAs. I basically have the same order as you, but w/ Tow, ordered 2/22 and paused, then unpaused 4/5. He said I don't have a VIN matched yet, but it's likely that the car is at the lot, but just hasn't been updated yet. He said the software updates are getting pushed in batches so their system doesn't get overwhelmed. But until it's updated and cleared to be matched, your SA can't tell where your car is.
Thanks, for the tip. He was great! Said my car is there, awaiting software processing for Tesla Vision. Same story about the batches, but with my car there, he said it should be any day now.

Just called the Alpharetta-Roswell, GA location. Most unhelpful Delivery Specialist I have spoken too. Didn't even want my RN or phone number to lookup account. Just stone walled me and said you will get your vin when you get it an nothing he could do or see.
I have exchanged a couple emails with Katie at the Alpharetta SC and she seems to be responsive and pleasant so far. Have you been talking to someone else?

That's what the delivery specialist at my local SC said too, they're updating and releasing the cars in batches each day so as not to overwhelm their system. He also sent a text message to me as a test, saying that I would get the notification there first.

Update: SA texted, and delivery is scheduled for Friday afternoon. 😎

I had to call Castleton but now have my pickup scheduled for Friday morning (never heard anything from my SA).

Ordered April 1st - 2021 Model Y LR AWD Pearl White, Black interior, 5-seat, 19" wheels, Tow Hitch, no FSD. Received VIN on 5/25 with estimated delivery date of 5/26-5/29 (was 5-9 weeks before receiving VIN).

If you ordered from Peabody, I was down there yesterday and there were a couple dozen MYLRs in the lot - the vast majority were MSMs or White with production dates from 3/30 thru 5/8. Bummer that my car has to come in via Paramus (ordered 4/14). Good luck to you!
I have a blue ordered from Dedham...Maybe it was hiding in the back and they'll truck it down? I can only hope! 🤓

Can someone please give me the email address to get a better financing rate from Tesla? I got the standard 2.49% and want to see if they can get anything lower. Thanks!
I used "[email protected]". Dropped to 1.89% with Chase
That's what I had been approved for with Chase on my original reservation, but since tesla cancelled it on accident had to reapply. Now the gave me 2.49% with another bank :(

Hey y’all, I ordered April 21. But I am not happy that we are all going to be guinea pigs for the new “Tesla Vision” Our vehicles will not even have radar sensors so what happens if it doesn’t work as well without them? I have to seriously consider if I want to keep the order. In Texas most of the highways are 80 plus mph and this new Tesla vision limits “Auto Steer“ to 75 mph. This is not going to fly. Anyone else have any problems with this? I feel we are being short changed.

It's temporary, Tesla has announced they will restore these features in the coming weeks.
