Its funny how every EDD change early in the morning can affect my mood for rest of the day. That has become a routine now, oh well

Ordered 7/12 MYLR | MSM/Black | No tow | No FSD.
At the beginning EDD was mid-Sept to October. Then the EDD disappeared for about a week then it came back 2 days ago with EDD 8/31- 9/20. Now this morning it’s disappeared again!! Not sure if a good thing…

5/15 order seeing 9/8-9/28 EDD for about 10 days now...

I dont understand how I ordered a month after you and have an EDD 2-3 weeks before you. Makes little sense.

My end date had been holding steady for a week at 8/26 while the front date moved back a day. Today front date moved a day and end date moved 3 days in the wrong direction OD 5/23 #teamblue

I hate to admit it but its true....last night it was, "omg I may get this car this year!" and now its "booo I think I'll never get it...lets go look at other used cars....ugh" haha

Never had an EDD and nothing different today. May be the system got better? Assigning EDD only if the production is able to keep up to it.

The "Manage" button that usually takes me to the page with the EDD does not work today. Not on a phone or computer. That is a new one for me. Hmmm

Big jump in the wrong direction for me. From 8/13 - 8/27 to 8/29 - 9/18.

Just went back and looked, my new dates are what they were all last week. So Tesla thought it was coming early on Friday and Saturday, then reverted back today. Argh. And I haven’t been waiting that long, I don’t know how you April and May orders are coping!

#teamblue -- any updates for you today?

The saga continues for me as it has for the last month - another day, another day. Front end slid to Aug 16, late date stayed Aug 28th. It has stayed exactly 15 days away for almost a month. I’m glad the late date hasn’t moved in a while, but it is so frustrating to check every morning and always see the EDD be 15 days away…it truly makes it feel like it is just never going to come! #twoweeks #teamblue

I moved one day, same as you. We have a similar configuration/ order date.

Fingers crossed we get it early Sept.

Does anyone know the logistics of assigning a car? It seems to me through anecdotal evidence that perhaps each sales center is allocated vehicles by which the SA's then allocate to customers. If this is the case it could explain the disappearing VIN's and the general randomness that is the order date to delivery, even on identically configured vehicles in similar regions.

If this was the case my SA completely sucks and would probably not allocate me a car in general lol.
