Dashcam on X catches auto burglary.

My alarm went off at work, and I hightailed down there. But instead of my shop, it was a truck that was being burglarized.

As I was pulling in, it caught the perp on vid. The vid before it shows him breaking into the service body compartments.

Sheriff wanted the vid so I sent it out.

Glad everything turned out ok for you. I always worry about situations like these. Glad he ran after you kind of boxed him in. Always make sure you have an exit in situations like these that doesn't involve reverse. If the perp was a really bad dude he could have drawn you in. Much more $ in a Model X than a work truck. Yet carjacking is a whole nother level of crime.
