Took Delivery of my 3 9/14 and noted the paint issues on my delivery acceptance form. Immediately scheduled mobile for all of the issues (paint being one of the items). Mobile service came out for an initial assessment of the car and made some notes. October 5 mobile service fixed some trivial items and told me to take my vehicle to one of the local certified paint and body shops for paint repair. October 8 take car into GW and Son Auto Body for inspection and assessment. October 10 get ~$5000 quote for repairs (granted this is for 3 chips in the paint, 1 scratch, and 1 tennis ball size dull haze on the door) Mobile service tech says the amount is beyond his ability to approve and it needs to be submitted to HQ for approval. Followed up once a week for 3 weeks and still haven't received anything back. Does it just take this long or do I need to keep calling and pressing the issue?
