As I start to wind down my delivery experience and hopefully pick up my Y this afternoon I've been thinking about the variety of delivery experiences, wait times, communication experiences, and general satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the sales process. Realistically not everyone will have a great experience so as I read peoples personal experience I try to get the outliers out of my mind, but one thing I keep coming back to is that no one seems to have a consistent experience with their SA. I've had a great experience personally with mine, but I ordered right after my test drive with my SA. What I'm wondering is whether or not anyone is seeing a correlation between experience in those who ordered online on their own and those who ordered with an SA on site.
