Delivery Scheduling Advisor vs Inside Delivery Advisor

Hello all,

Could anyone tell me the difference between these two, and which one has more control over my delivery? I was contacted earlier today by a Delivery Scheduling Advisor, who told me my P3D+ would be available for pickup between 9/20 and 9/27. Then, I was contacted by an Inside Delivery Advisor, who told me October 8th. After scheduling for 10 am on 10/8 with her, I got an email from my Delivery Scheduling Advisor to confirm my pickup time at 11 am on 9/21. I'm not sure which of the two dates to trust, at this point.

Used Vehicle Advisor.. or that's what the title was. It was the person that reached out to me after I sent an inquiry on a specific CPO car, who was also then the same individual that helped me through the entire purchase. I did not have any contact with a delivery specialist prior to actual delivery, except on the day of when they offered an earlier delivery slot But YMMV

Your website should get updated with a delivery date... I’d assume that is more reliable.

If anyone contacting you is local (vs in Nevada) I’d trust them more.

It's been updated with my delivery date for 9/21! I'm still skeptical, though... I've told the two about the discrepancies between each other, so hopefully they can clear it up.

They’re just probably disorganized and two people got your info to call and schedule you at the same time. I’d say the date in the system is your date.

Thanks! I'll hope that's the case. Has anyone else out there had a similar confusing experience with different representatives and contradictory information? If so, how did it play out for you?
