If there comes a time when you really NEED to turn off your water and you still don't know which is your own, just turn them ALL off. Your neighbors might be a little bugged, but they'll get over it!

Alright, so I finally found my exact meter. It’s actually in that room about 30ft from my parking space! This job just got a lot easier!
No guarantee that I’ll be able to get high current still, given that I have to consider the overall load on the building, but it’s a much better sign. No need to go off of my load center. My install should be relatively cheap to do now.
