I just ordered a home charging station. There is tracking, and it shows that the charger is in Maryland and will be delivered on Thursday. Let's hope that's true!
I've learned that when dealing with Tesla, things take much longer than you'd expect and communication isn't great. Long hold times when you call support.
But I guess they know that they have the absolute coolest cars in the world, and nothing else comes close. I hope they will bring their service closer in line with the awesomeness of the vehicles!
