Resurrecting an old thread, late to the brake upgrade party. Could someone please share the cad file for the hats? Would like to see locally how much that would be before committing to other 370mm options. Or did someone is aware of an adapter to fit refreshed S calipers on older knuckles?

my bbk is easy to source. Cheap.. 16-23+ CAMARO SS 1LE FRONT OEM BRAKE ROTORs + CTS-V calipers + 12mm spacers/ longer bolts caliper..
replacement pads are widely avail.

These are the same calipers from the beginning of the thread, right?
The hat for the rotors seems shorter in height compared to the OEM discs. How is this centering the rotor in the caliper?

nice! sounds like people can save a solid chunk of change machining down the center bore for an existing 2pc rotor and they'll be set. did you do the rear as well, or only front?
only Front.. rear is stock. This setup is perfect for me. I can run aggressive Race pads.

Managed to grab these (new old stock) for less than the price of 2 rotors. Not sure if I should fix the blemishes with paint or if I should go all in with powdercoating + clear while waiting for the new hats.
While these are the taller Camaro hats, don’t want to run spacers on caliper side + spacers for winter wheels

Don't forget to buy drill bits, you need to drill out caliper holes and get bigger bolts!
It's like getting correct offset rim, once you got the correct offset the hat, you're golden!

Is anyone aware of any rear rotors that can match these hats? Was looking at the EBC ones, but haven’t seen any actual pictures of those.

Meanwhile I am looking for compatible brake lines while waiting for the calipers from powdercoating.
Final cost for the project will be around a pair of girodisc rotors.

First test fit after powdercoating. Looking good even of the caliper was just hanging by the old screws.
Still waiting for the lines to do the final install. And the dust shield does not fit at all as the ones I have cover 3/4 of the rotor.
Many thanks to @Lukez for pioneering this on the old S

managed to get all the parts together, drilled the knuckle, installed the caliper on the disc and when time came to connect the brake line…disaster. The brake hose didn’t wanted to go out and the nut on the line decided to strip…no flare wrench could help me.
Have put the stock brake back on (had the aluminium pipe ready), but wonder what is the best…
A garage could fix this or should I get a new brake line?(well, 4 … tesla sells the bundle). It’s the shortest run, driver side.
