Do these lights stay on when the car is off?

I’m looking for ambient lighting that’s under the footwell and in the back that stays on when the car is in drive and shuts off when the car is off. Anyone have an idea where I can find that?

I wired mine so they turn off when the car goes off (several minutes after the doors are locked). You can tap into a number of places for power. I created this accessory power guide to show a number of common places to get switched or always-on power: Accessory Power Guide 12v/5v – TeslaTap You could also tap into the footwell lights. They are so dim, you may not realize you already have footwell lights.

If I change just the bulbs to a blue or red on the front and back footwell wi those stay lit up while I’m driving?

Nope - power is cut off when driving. Might be a slip of the tongue but Tesla has never used bulbs, only LEDs. There are LED modules in different colors available from Abstract Ocean and maybe others.
