According to the HomeLink website (Europe) a Merlin Garage door is compatible with a 2023 Model 3.
The site won’t check compatibility outside USA or Europe But there’s a good chance it would work. You can buy the receiver after you have tried it on your new Tesla if it doesn’t work directly.

Merlin and homelink are both brands owned by chamberlain, so it should work

Apparently it doesn't. I checked with them directly and they said it doesn't support it since the opener is an older model.

I have the Merlin 230T , and you will need an updated additional receiver for homelink to work with the Y / 3. All of the required connections required on the merlin are external so its an easy fit.

If you want an easier option, I went for a generic garage adaptor that uses HomeKit instead. It was around $60 and I just use Siri or phone/watch to open
