Here is a tip that is more direct. Set up appt with SvC. Say you are considering extended service plan or routine maintenance, but need to know when things were done like brake fluid or A/C service. They can def pull up the history and tell you. In my case they even printed out all the records, and although they blacked out the first owner's name, I could see it.
