Door Sensors

Does anyone having issues with their door sensors? We have owned our car since Aug 2017 and this week is the only time I have seen my left FWD and Trunk open to its full height inside the garage. Our garage is tall for the FWD to have enough clearance but the garage door motor is not. The other day, it almost hit the pointy edge of the garage door motor which for sure will result to a significant damage.

Does anyone have similar issues?

This happened once to our car since last year. One of the doors opened at full height and it hit the opened garage door. The other door was opened around same time but not at full height. Minor paint scuff on top edge. Only happened once out of nowhere.
