It is great to be able to ignore the users on this site who are most annoying, but one problem that persists is the ability to receive downvotes from ignored users. (in theory and rating, but it seems that it is always down votes from the already-ignored users).
I'd suggest adding this feature, to hide ratings from ignored users and to mute the notification of them.
