Drivers side headlamp will not turn off??

Also when I turn on left hand blinker it shows nothing on screen and lamp flashes quickly?

I have had problems when a single headlight would not turn on. Manually selecting "off" from the touchscreen then back "on" always gets it going. Don't know if your problem could be something similar.
