So... I have 2 EcoBees and while it's obvious the company is only interested in selling more of these things, and has done NOTHING to improve their app/site... (in fact, they've made it worse, and ' coming soon' has been 'coming soon' for 3+ years now.
The one thing they did right, the Weather Impact screen... hasn't worked in months.
I've called, emailed, tweeted. I'm well past my return period. What do you do when a company won't support something you've bought?
