EcoBee Weather Impact hasn't worked in Months... anyone else?

So... I have 2 EcoBees and while it's obvious the company is only interested in selling more of these things, and has done NOTHING to improve their app/site... (in fact, they've made it worse, and ' coming soon' has been 'coming soon' for 3+ years now.

The one thing they did right, the Weather Impact screen... hasn't worked in months.

I've called, emailed, tweeted. I'm well past my return period. What do you do when a company won't support something you've bought?

Anyone else use the Weather Impact screens?

I've never used the Weather Impact graph before, but I logged in to take a look. I'm experiencing the same behavior as you.
I'm running Google Chrome on Windows 7 with AdBlock. Whitelisted ecobee's site on ScriptBlock.

It is finally working again as of the last day or so, after several months not working. Data for past months appears to be available as well.

I saw the same thing. I used it quite often. Its also working for me now after months of it not loading.

It is really, really working now, as there was total chaos with ALL the data collection and retention the past few weeks. Their VP of technology just apologized on reddit...

They were having a lot of server/service issues last few months.
Had ecobee for a year w/o any real errors and then last few months constantly getting server/connection/retry errors in app.
