Is there another source of tracking besides the plane, like someone trying to follow him around? Elon mentions real time tracking of where he is. That is a lot more than just the airport where the plane is located. I'm not sure how someone would get his exact location in real time unless someone was following him around and broadcasting that.

Just because it’s legal to post the information doesn’t mean it isn’t a dick move after Elon asked the guy to stop the first time.
But it’s ok for Elon to put ex-Twitter employees in danger ?

Ps: there can’t be one rule for pvt jets of extremely rich people and another for the most vulnerable people.

Just to extend this logic, I suppose publicly posting the locations of people’s personal vehicles isn’t doxxing since we don’t know who’s actually driving them, right? Could be anyone.
Entirely legal. There's no expectation of privacy on public roads and license plates are clearly visible from public property while the vehicle is being driven on public roads. If you're that paranoid you can drive a new car every day. Or get a chauffeur who drives a different vehicle each day (or a different chauffeur every day).

Elon made a personal appearance for all of 2-3 minutes on the Twitter Space discussion but bailed out without answering any substantial questions.

It turns out that being suspended on Twitter doesn’t prevent you from participating in a live Twitter Space discussion.
