Embedded images?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't figure out how to add embedded images without the image being from a remote URL. Is there a way to upload images into a post and have those images show up inline instead of as attachments?

Well... you can press the Upload a File button. Trying it here with a pic of the superchargers in Columbia, MO. Lets see what this does...

Yea... I tried that, but that didn't work as I intended.

For now you have to upload to something like imgur, then paste that. Neither the media upload nor the attached files does what we want it to do for inline images. This is another item that needs to be fixed.
