"Eventually, my goal was to try to get rid of the car and sell it before its value could sink any further. I sold it for $48,000
later in March at about a $24,000 loss. My car had less than 1,800 miles on it at the time of the sale."

This is what every Fisker investor should have done. Get out for whatever you can get before it goes lower.

These guys didn't.
"Yep, you read that correctly: Our 2-month-old Fisker Ocean with 4,220 miles on the odometer
is worth $21,000, according to CarMax. That's a depreciation of 69.6%."

Consumer Reports may have gotten a better deal on a Fisker Ocean for their test fleet -- they noticed that their check was not cashed, and Fisker said that they couldn't find it.

Fisker was also involved with Tesla during the design of the Tesla Model S....

Tesla vs Fisker: The Epilogue

In 2007, Tesla Motors hired Fisker to perform initial design work
on the Tesla Model S electric sedan, which was introduced in 2012.

On April 14, 2008, Tesla filed suit against Fisker,
alleging fraud, breach of contract violation of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act,
and unfair competition. Fisker and Tesla then entered arbitration.

I am following some Fisker owners/enthusiasts on YT and I feel bad for them. They want so hard for Fisker to come out of it and are holding out all hopes and some are foolishly doubling down. Some are invested significantly and it are in denial that there's a 99.9% chance they've lost it all.

One guy was getting his Fisker updated by a mobile service tech and Fisker fired him in the middle of a software update, disabling his account access mid-update which then bricked the car!
