I've had great service and attention to detail from the Tigard Service Center. They have consistently always kept in mind the distances I need to travel in order to make it there (180 miles from Bend), and they've always made sure I have an adequately charged loaner to get me home again. They have also worked with me to try and lump together service and any technical bulletins my car may need, and have been very proactive in making sure my car is kept up to date with everything.
There has only been 1 bonehead move on their part (actually a tech's part): When flushing the brake system during my annual service, the tech got air in the lines, which results in a very spongy, definitely-not-confidence-inspiring brake pedal feel. The bummer was that I picked up my car in the evening, and immediately got on I-5 southbound and drove all the way to the Detroit Lake Supercharger before I stepped on the brake pedal for the first time! By then, it was 8pm on a Friday. I called in on Saturday, and despite the shop being closed, they were willing to flatbed my car from Bend back to Portland. While the pedal definitely didn't feel good, I felt the car was safe to drive, and given that I had to be back in Portland the following Tuesday, we decided to just hang on to our car and drive it back up ourselves. They were very apologetic, and prioritized bleeding the lines, and the problem was immediately resolved.
