External 4G and wifi antennas

Hi!

MCU 1 2017 Model X here....

I would love to add external antennas for the 4G and the wifi systems for better reception. I'm an IT tech so I'm somewhat familiar with this stuff, but not to this technical level. From the forum here, there are cables and plugs in the doors running from the MCU that go to the side mirrors. I figure I can interface to the connectors in the doors .. but does anyone know what type or spec of antennas will work?

For the wifi, I'm presuming any external wifi antenna should work as I believe that is pretty standard. (2.4GHz)

For the 4G.... some antenna that's optimized for whatever the AT&T frequencies are?

Thanks for any insight or knowledge able the Tesla antenna setup.

Just an fyi but my 2018 model X connects to our 5GHz band. I can't imagine they changed the wifi setup.

MCU2 provided upgraded Wifi, 802.11ac capable, which includes 5 gHz.
