I had a delivery scheduled yesterday 9/21 at 9AM. After waking up my 11 month old, and gathering the family in the car at 8am, we got a call about 15 minutes away that the car hadn't arrived yet.... They reassured us that the car had already crossed the state border so we'll be able to pick the car up later that day. We were already out so shopped around and showed up 4 hours later to confusion at the delivery center. One rep told us the car is in the wash bay, then came back and said actually looks like it just crossed the border... Finally, called back in later that evening, they mentioned that the transport is a third party, so unfortunately they have no insight and no control.... I'll just sit here and wait until they can find the car.
