Falcon doors refuse to open.

Hey folks!

New Model X owner here. Enjoying the heck out of it. I have a garage with a lower ceiling of 94" with a garage door opener track that hangs down about 3".

The falcon doors opened once just fine to the lower falcon door opening height, but since then have refused to open at all on either side. The 'hold to override' doesn't work. They won't budge.

There's quite a bit of space for them to safely open.

How do I convince the car to obey and get the doors open?

I had the same problem, and the service center had to reconfigure the sensors. I've had the hold to override work from the MCU the one time I've needed it since then, but it didn't seem intuitive. I think they only opened after I let off of the MCU. I get the impression that holding the actual FWD open button on the pillar might work differently.
