Whe parked both falcon doors is shaded out and not an option to open. Trunk and frunk, passenger and driver are ok to select. Any one have this issue? Just got the model X today.
Do they open and close with the fob and the physical buttons in the car?
Try rebooting your center display: hold both steering wheel scroll wheels until the center display goes black. Wait until it comes up (you'll see a Tesla logo before it does) and try again.
I had this problem also when I just got my Model X. The display does not give you the option to open the FWD if the door is locked. You have to unlock the doors first. The easiest thing to do is to set the "auto unlock when park" in control settings and once you shift into park the door controls come out and the option to open the FWD will be available.
I figured out the problem. When doors are lcoked only front and passenger door icons are available (strange) and when unlocked all doors are available.

Yes, if the lock in the upper left of the main display screen is locked, there's a whole host of things you can't do. Can't open the FWDs, frunk, or rear liftgate from the main display after parking; the mirrors and spoiler don't permanently fold/close after locking the car; the car doesn't automatically unlock when you approach; etc.
