Forced Autopilot Disengagement problem

i have been having trouble for a couple of months with slightly turning the the steering wheel not ending the warning even to the point of disengaging AutoPilot by turning it excessively. It is not every time but frequently. Very frustrating. Now I try once or twice and disengage. I'm down to 3 more before disengagement jail. Hope they fix it.

Be sure to try reversing the torque direction.

BTW, under 12.3, I have been able to avoid the nag with constant torque just like previous to the holiday update.

I just got a complementary month of FSD. It disengages on about 3/4 turns making it really useless to me. It might be good on the interstate. I have tried squeezing the wheel, applying counter traction (which causes disengagements) but I have not found the trick to keep it from disengaging.

Also I think it breaks more with fsd whereas I almost never break when driving it myself, preserving my pads.

I’d love to find the solution to these disengagement and I’m appreciative any help you can provide.
