I was messing around with putting km on display just to prank my friends that I was going over 100. I live in the states if you couldn’t tell.
But then I realized something: If you set your autopilot to Kilometers, you’ll get more speed than is available for miles.
For example, tesla limits AP to 85 MPH.
If you switch to KM/H, you get a limit of 140 km/h (guessing cause they like round numbers). Tesla shows a small mph text underneath the Km/H and that translates to 87 MPH.
So by changing the display to KM/H, you’ll bypass the 85 MPH limit and get to go the supersonic speed of 87 MPH lol.
I know this is dumb and 2 mi/hr is nothing. But I thought it was interesting.
