Google lens says it's a shock absorber of some sort (gave below link), but as others mention you need a ruler in the picture for scale to be able to tell exactly.

How many clicks from full stiff for your keychain dampers? I've been using 2 clicks and I think it's way too stiff, I feel every ridge and valley on my key profiles.
