Free Supercharging Miles

When I placed an order on my 20 Y the delivery specialist that was assigned stated in writing that they would give me free 2000 supercharging miles because I was a return customer. I picked up the car two days ago and yesterday I charged it for the first time and got charged right away. I emailed the delivery specialist and of course....crickets.
Any idea how to claim these "free" miles?

Sometimes it takes a while to populate into your account. I would give it a week or two, try again and see what happens.

Referral code miles show up in the app on your phone, at the top right corner where the treasure chest is. Not sure as to these miles as I have never heard of someone getting free miles for being a returning customer, but I would imagine they are in the same place.

Similar situation here. I used a referral to buy the MY (1000 free miles), and I took delivery before 10/1 (another 1000 free miles). My lootbox shows only 1000miles. Talked to the SA about it and she said it takes a little while for it to go in sometimes and with the big rush everyone has been in to meet EOQ goals, it may take a little longer right now. I'll be checking back in with them in a few weeks if it doesn't show.

i was in the same exact boat. I picked up on 9/30 and used a friends referral to get 1,000 for each. I immediately got 1,000 miles and didn’t know what the source was. I emailed my SA who told me it was for using a referral code. It might take a few weeks to get the 1,000 for taking delivery on 9/30. I will keep on checking. 2,000 free supercharger miles is nothing to sneeze at.

My SA said the 1K miles for taking delivery before EOQ should show up within a week. Apparently these are manually processed

I just ordered a Model Y, used my own referral, and the SA said it would appear in the "toybox". I'll be watching this, because I have no idea how you actually use miles from the toybox!

Some folks got a text stating if they took delivery by 9/30 they got an additional 1K supercharging miles. Just reach out to your SA - they should be able to process

I called to ask and they looked at account and said it will populate in 3 days. So
Probably after 7 day return period it shows up

My delivery was 09/21, probably too soon.
