SA probably had it readily available and helped someone out.

Ditto. SA also did that for us when we bought, we had bought ours from a referral and then he gave our referral code to someone who had just ordered and didn't have one. It took her a long time to pick up tho! LOL but we finally got the extra 1000 miles.
