Haven't you ever returned a loose cart to the cart stall? I have, and sometimes in the presence of the "offender". It doesn't have to be confrontational. It sure beats provoking a stranger and then humiliating them on social media. Pax.

The only thing this person wanted was clicks and subscribes. It had little to to with actually convincing the guy to return his shopping cart. People will do just about anything to have a Youtube career.

How did you finally convince them to reimburse after initially denying the claim?

Honestly just walked up to the service desk after my grocery shopping and asked. It clearly seemed to be within the manager's discretion to keep a good customer happy
