FSB visualization intermittent

I was lucky enough to get FSD B (for Christmas, no less!) and, well, its interesting, that's for sure.
One thing I've experienced and haven't seen mentioned:
About 80 % of the time I get the beautiful new colorful visualization but then occasionally, for seemingly no reason at all (no blocked cameras, poor visibility or such) it reverts back to the old legacy style. Is this "normal", ie a bug of a Beta or just for some reason my car? Tried resetting screen and car, no change.

I don’t have the beta, but when you’re driving on the highway, it reverts to regular Navigation on Autopilot. Could that be your issue?

Naw seems to be completely random regardless of where you’re driving :-(
