I've not seen behavior like this before on 11.4.4. I would have gotten the TeslaCam but didn't realize it only is saved for an hour if not otherwise saved. 
You would think they would give you at least a day or until full.
Anyway, on the below road doing about 40 MPH on the inside left lane of two turning left. No stops. Traffic in front, behind, and to my right but nobody oncoming. Just past even with the parallel car, FSDb suddenly changed lanes left crossing the double-yellow about halfway into the oncoming lane and then moved back. I then noticed the parallel car was encroaching my lane but correcting itself as FSDb moved back. I had not noticed the initial encroachment myself so I don't know how close it got to me (that's why I wanted the TeslaCam). But it's very possible FSDb saved me from having a bad day!
