Autopilot - lane centering with double yellow

I notice with AP enabled and on a two-lane road with a double yellow in the middle... the car will apparently center itself using the far line of the double yellow instead of the near. Result is the car is noticeably shifted left in its lane, by at least a foot. It's not extreme but if anything I'd like to be a little to the right, to stay out of the way of the occasional errant driver in oncoming traffic. Center would be OK too if it'd just do that.

That seems like a legit bug, or is it? I could snap a pic and post if needed.
